We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

- Get Authorization: We'll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions
- Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Ship It Back: Send the package to the address provided (you're responsible for return shipping costs)
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
🔁 Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first. We'll help you process the exchange quickly.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Personal care items
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
